After we have received your email, we will send you a confirmation email within 2 days. Please reply the confirmation email within 2 days too.

Step 3.
Bank in or transfer the payment to our MAYBANK accounts within 3days. If there is no reply from you, your order shall be released without any further notice.

Step 4.
After you have banked it, please send us an email which includes the transaction date, amount and which bank you bank it to.

Before placing any orders, please ensure that have read and understood the terms and conditions applied.

1. First come first serve basis.

2. Only serious buyers; no back outs or exchange after confirmation.

3. Once confirmations were made, no back outs. If you do not want to purchase the particular item, please do send us an email to cancel the order. If you want to purchase the item(s) by COD but cannot make it within 3 days, we can still keep it for you under the condition of you will need to bank-in at least 30% of the item(s) price to us.

4. Buying is at your own risk.

5. Items are 100% in new and great condition.

6. Items sold are not refundable & exchangeable.

7. Due to setting of the monitor, color might be slightly different with the picture posted, therefore, we will state the actual color of the item.

8. Shipping fee is not included. Please take note that there will be a minimal charge of the shipping fee depending on the weight of the items and location of postage.

9. We will be using PosLaju Malaysia. Postage to destination within Peninsular Malaysia costs about RM6 for first 500g and R3 for next 250g and to Sabah/Sarawak costs about RM9 for first 500g and RM4 for next 250g.

10. Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as PosLaju requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest PosLaju office and you will have to collect it yourself there.

11. Once you have received the goods, kindly send an email notify us ya. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will assume that you have already received the goods.
